Bright, herbaceous, and sweet with uplifting green notes. Less intense than peppermint, wild spearmint offers a gently minty character with hints of citrus zest and tender grass. Its mild menthol content makes it ideal for sensitive palates and culinary use.
Culinary & Wellness Uses:
- Add fresh leaves to teas, lemonade, or infused water
- Use as a garnish for desserts, fruit salads, and cocktails

Recipe: Spearmint Cucumber Cooler (Serves 2)
Ingredients:
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh wild spearmint leaves (plus more for garnish)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1½ cups cold sparkling water
- Ice
Instructions:
1. Muddle cucumber, spearmint, and lime juice in a shaker or glass.
2. Strain into two glasses filled with ice.
3. Top with sparkling water and sweeten to taste
4. Garnish with a mint sprig. Refresh and revive!
